9. 中国证监会进一步扩大期货市场开放品种范围（2026 年 1 月 23 日）

近日，中国证监会根据《境外交易者和境外经纪机构从事境内特定品种期货

交易管理暂行办法》（证监会令第 116 号）的有关规定，新增确定 14 个期货期权

品种为境内特定品种。具体包括：上海期货交易所镍期货、镍期权；郑州商品交

易所对二甲苯期货、瓶片期货、短纤期货、精对苯二甲酸期权、对二甲苯期权、

瓶片期权、短纤期权；广州期货交易所碳酸锂期货、碳酸锂期权；上海国际能源

交易中心 20 号胶期权、低硫燃料油期权、国际铜期权。

证监会将督促相关期货交易场所做好各项准备工作，平稳有序落地上述品种

引入境外交易者参与交易。

China Securities Regulatory Commission Has Further Expanded the Range of

Open Products of Futures Market (2026/1/23)

Recently, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for

the Administration of Overseas Traders’ and Overseas Brokers’ Engagement in the

Trading of Specified Domestic Futures Products (CSRC Decree No. 116), the China

Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has designated 14 futures and options

products as the new specified domestic futures products. There are nickel futures and

nickel options developed by the Shanghai Futures Exchange; paraxylene futures,

bottle-grade polyethylene terephthalate resin futures, polyester staple fiber futures,

PTA options, paraxylene options, bottle-grade polyethylene terephthalate resin options,

and staple fiber options developed by the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange; lithium

carbonate futures and lithium carbonate options developed by the Guangzhou Futures

Exchange; as well as TSR 20 options, low sulfur fuel oil options and bonded copper
