1. 中国人民银行与印尼央行签署合作谅解备忘录（2023 年 9 月 27 日）

2023 年 9 月 27 日，中国人民银行行长、国家外汇管理局局长潘功胜会见来

访的印尼央行行长佩里·瓦吉约。两国央行行长在会见期间签署了《中国人民银

行与印度尼西亚银行合作谅解备忘录》，并就两国经济形势和金融合作等议题交

换了意见。

The People’s Bank of China and BI Sign MOU on Bilateral Financial Cooperation

On September 27, 2023, Pan Gongsheng, the People’s Bank of China Governor

and SAFE Administrator, met with Perry Warjiyo, Governor of the Bank Indonesia.

During the meeting, the two governors signed the Memorandum of Understanding on
Cooperation between People’s Bank of China and Bank Indonesia, and exchanged

views on issues including the Chinese and Indonesian economy as well as the bilateral

financial cooperation.

2. 国家外汇管理局公布 2023 年 6 月末我国国际投资头寸表（2023 年 9 月 30 日）

2023 年 6 月末，我国对外金融资产 93670 亿美元，对外负债 65913 亿美元，

对外净资产 27758 亿美元。

在对外金融资产中，金融衍生工具资产 202 亿美元，占对外金融资产的 0.2%；

在对外负债中，金融衍生工具负债 232 亿美元，占对外负债的 0.4%。
